How to Collect Your Delivery
1. After your order is dispatched, it will be sent to the transport company branch nearest to the delivery city you provided.
2. Once your shipment arrives, the transport company representative will call you on the phone number provided with your order.
3. Visit the relevant transport company’s branch in your city.
4. Present your order details or CNIC (if requested) and collect your furniture.
5. Please inspect the package before leaving the transport office and report any visible damage immediately.
Payment Procedure – Hecto Furniture
Step 1: Advance Payment
– To confirm your order, you need to pay a small advance amount (token payment).
– The advance payment may be Rs. 5,000, Rs. 10,000, or another amount, depending on the value of your order.
Step 2: Order Processing
– After receiving and confirming your advance payment, a Hecto Furniture representative will prepare your order.
– Your furniture will be handed over to the relevant transport company for shipment to your city.
Step 3: Shipment Receipt
– The transport company will issue a shipment receipt (consignment receipt).
– Hecto Furniture will send you a copy of this shipment receipt as proof that your order has been dispatched.
Step 4: Final Payment
– After you receive the shipment receipt, you must pay the remaining balance (full bill amount).
– Once your final payment is confirmed, your shipment will be released for delivery to your city.
Important Note
– The remaining payment must be completed after receiving the transport receipt.
– If the remaining payment is not received, your order cannot be shipped or released for delivery.
